Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is submitted, it promptly enters our fulfilment process. Regrettably, modifications to the items, including quantity, size, or colour, cannot be accommodated after the order is placed. Additionally, changes to the shipping address are not possible once the order has been confirmed.
Can I cancel my order?
Upon placing your order, it promptly initiates our fulfilment process. Given the swift processing in our warehouse, orders cannot be canceled or recalled once confirmed. Should you wish to make changes or return items, we kindly request you to await the delivery of the package, at which point we can proceed with the returns process.
Can I return my purchase?
We do not issue refunds. We are happy to issue a store credit or an exchange assuming they are returned within 7 days (14 days for International orders), unused, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE condition.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, an email containing your shipping confirmation will be sent to you. Use the provided tracking link in the email to monitor the progress of your order. If you haven't received this email yet, don't fret! Typically, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

It says my order was delivered, but I still haven’t received it?
If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, please take a moment to verify with your family members and/or neighbours who may have received it. If you are unable to locate the order after this check, kindly reach out to Australia Post for assistance in tracking down the package.
Customs and Import Fees
Certain international orders may incur additional customs and import fees upon delivery, which are your responsibility to settle with the courier.
Declining to pay the customs fee may result in the abandonment of your parcel, and we cannot be held accountable for any financial loss resulting from this situation. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days under normal circumstances. However, during public holidays and peak seasons, like sale periods, there may be a slight delay in regular processing. Once your order is shipped, you'll promptly receive an email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Can I buy some trucks or wheels on their own?
Unfortunately we only offer complete setups at this stage, and don’t sell parts individually.
Do you sell any vintage or NOS Surfa Sam parts?
We do not sell any original parts from our archive.
Can you help me restore my original Surfa Sam skateboard?
We are unable to supply original parts, artwork, or paint for the restoration of our original boards.
Can I use my skateboard on a ramp, pool, or skatepark?
Our skateboards are designed for light recreational use. We advise against using our traditional skateboards for performing tricks or skating in pools or at skateparks.
What are your t-shirts made from?
Our T-shirts are made from soft 100% cotton.
Where are your skateboards made?
Our skateboards are hand-shaped right here in Australia from solid Tasmanian oak.
